1. To report a claim after business hours call the company on your policy, a directory of companies’ claim phone numbers can be found below.
2. Prior to calling, please have your policy number available for the claims adjuster.
3. Depending on the situation, you should try to protect property from further loss. Make reasonable repairs to protect the property, and keep records of all repair expenses.
4. We recommend you keep records of your personal property. A visual record – pictures or DVD recordings – will help the adjustor help you establish your content losses more accurately.
5. Lessen further damages from occurring, and secure your property. Do not dispose of the damaged property until the adjuster has seen it. To report a claim, call Independent Brokerage at 772-978-0505 .
